Rhedwyr Emlyn Runners is a friendly and sociable running club based in the heart of beautiful West Wales.

Established in 2008, we welcome members of all abilities - beginners, fun runners and serious athletes.

We meet weekly for training runs, compete in races as individuals and teams and also organise our own races and social events.

Club Training

Weekly club training sessions are held every Thursday evening.

Meet 6:30pm at Newcastle Emlyn Leisure Centre (SA38 9LN)
